Prize Terms and Conditions
Thanks for joining our mailer. By spinning the wheel and accepting a prize you agree to the rules on this page. Some prizes on the wheel show an asterisk (*). That simply means there are extra conditions, which are set out below.

1) Who can use a prize
You must be 18 or older and authorised to make a group booking.
New bookings only. You cannot add a prize to an existing provisional or confirmed booking, and you cannot use it through a third-party agent.

2) Booking and validity windows for all prizes
- Booking window: You must confirm your booking within 30 days of receiving your prize. A booking is confirmed when you accept our quote and pay the required deposit. Your redemption code expires at 23:59 SAST on day 30.
- Stay window: Your camp can take place any time within 12 months of the prize being issued.
- One prize per booking.
- All prizes are subject to availability for your dates and the services requested.
3) How to redeem a prize
- You will receive a unique redemption code for the prize you won.
- Quote your code when you request a quote. If you do not provide the code at that time, standard pricing will apply and the prize cannot be added later.
- Codes are single-use, not transferable, and are linked to the email address that received them.
- Codes are valid only for the specific prize drawn. They cannot be swapped for another prize or for cash.
- Prizes and codes cannot be used together with any other promotion, discount, bundle or special.
- If your booking changes and minimum requirements are no longer met, the free or discounted portion may be removed or re-quoted at standard rates.
- We may verify any code and the related eligibility. We may decline any code that is altered, shared or used fraudulently.
4) General rules for all prizes
- Discounts apply to the pre-discount published rate of the relevant item only. For example, accommodation discounts apply to accommodation charges only.
- Our standard booking, payment and cancellation policies apply to the full booking.
- Any example savings, such as R30 to R40 per meal, are typical and may change with current pricing.
- Camp Zenith may make reasonable changes to this promotion or withdraw it. This will not affect confirmed bookings. In the event of a dispute, Camp Zenith’s decision is final.
5) Prize-specific terms
A) Free Catering Upgrade*
Pay for the Budget menu and receive the Standard menu. Typical saving is about R30 to R40 per meal, subject to current pricing.

- Valid for catered camps only.
- Applies to meals for the total number of paying campers on your final invoice.
- Special diets or premium upgrades that sit above the Standard menu are not included unless shown on your quote.
- Booking and validity windows in Section 2 apply.
B) BOGO Facilitation (Buy One Day, Get One Day Free)
Pay the standard rate for one full day of facilitation and receive a second consecutive day free of equal or lower value, for the same group and programme.

- The free day must be taken in the same booking and on consecutive days.
- Covers our standard facilitation for your quoted group size and programme. Specialist activities, third-party services, equipment hire, travel and add-ons are excluded unless your quote states otherwise.
- Booking and validity windows in Section 2 apply.
C) Free Lunch*
Get one free lunch for your group during your stay.

- Valid only for catered camps with a minimum of 6 paid meals in the booking.
- The free lunch follows the menu tier of your overall booking. Budget camp gives a Budget lunch. Standard camp gives a Standard lunch.
- One free lunch per booking, not per day.
- Booking and validity windows in Section 2 apply.
D) Free Leaders*
Get 1 leader free for every 15 paying campers.
Conditions:

- Available for catered and self-catered camps.
- A free leader receives the same accommodation and, if catered, the same meals as the paying campers for the booked dates.
- Calculated on the final number of paying campers on the invoice, rounded down to the nearest full 15.
- Booking and validity windows in Section 2 apply.
E) Accommodation minus 10%
Get 10% off accommodation for your booking.

F) Accommodation minus 15%
Get 15% off accommodation for your booking.

6) POPIA and marketing consent
By spinning and joining our mailer you agree to receive marketing emails from Camp Zenith. We handle personal information in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
