Booking a Camp @ Camp Zenith
We’ve made booking a camp at Camp Zenith as easy as 1-2-3! Seriously, it’s just three simple steps:
- Inquire
- Send us the signed quote
- Send us the deposit

Fill out our inquiry form, and one of our super-friendly team members will get back to you in no time with a quote.
Feel free to request as many quotes as you need to find the perfect fit for your camp. We’re all about tailoring the experience to match your camp’s unique needs.
Steps 2 & 3: Send Us the Signed Quote and Deposit
Once you’ve got a quote that makes you do a happy dance, it’s time to lock it in! Just send us the signed quote along with the deposit.
As soon as we receive both, we’ll send you a confirmation letter, and voilà – your camp is officially booked!
A quick heads-up: we quote on over 130 camps each month, so remember that an inquiry is non-binding and obligation-free. We don’t hold space for groups just because they inquired. To avoid any sad faces, we recommend confirming your booking as soon as you can. And hey, feel free to come check out Camp Zenith before you confirm – we love showing off our awesome camp!
Pre-Camp Site Visits @ Camp Zenith
Picking the perfect campsite is a big deal, and we totally get it. That’s why we encourage all groups to visit our facility before making a final decision.
To book a site visit, just contact our office or make an appointment here.
For us to prepare a special welcome for you, we recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice in advance!

- We can’t show rooms that are already occupied or booked (because we respect our current guests’ privacy).
- We can’t disrupt any programmes that are in progress (because we don’t want to ruin anyone’s fun!).
Catering @ Camp Zenith
At Camp Zenith, we believe good food makes for great memories!
We offer two flexible catering options:
- let us do the cooking,
- or you can bring your own culinary skills to the table with self-catering.
- Standard Menu (our default and delicious option)
- Budget Menu (available on request at a decreased charge)
To ensure everything runs smoothly and your campers are well-fed, we kindly ask that you complete the menu with your group’s choices and send it back to us at least 7 days before your camp starts. This gives us plenty of time to prepare. If we don’t receive your menu in time, we’ll go ahead and pick the most popular choices for you – trust us, they’re crowd-pleasers!
At the top of the menu plan, you’ll find a section for dietary requirements. Please fill this out so we can accommodate any special dietary needs in your group.
If you prefer us to handle the menu selections, we still need those dietary requirements 7 days in advance to ensure everyone’s needs are met.

Crockery
At Camp Zenith, we like to keep things simple and eco-friendly. By default, we don’t provide cutlery and crockery, so we ask campers to bring their own and wash them in our designated wash-up areas.
However, if you prefer not to haul bring your own crockery, we’ve got you covered with two handy options for hiring cutlery and crockery:

For a touch of class, opt for our ceramic and stainless steel set. This option costs a bit more, but here’s the best part – our staff will take care of all the washing! That’s right, you get to relax and enjoy your meals without worrying about the cleanup.

We’ve got a cozy self-catering village called Hillside Haven, perfect for groups of 20 to 65 people. If your group fits this size, you’re all set to enjoy a home-cooked experience amidst nature.
For larger groups, we have Valley View, our bigger camp village. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

- Clothes: Enough for all the adventures!
- Toiletries: Stay fresh and clean.
- Towel(s): One for showering, one for swimming.
- Insect Repellent: Keep those pesky bugs at bay.
- Torch: For late-night storytelling and bathroom trips.
- Plastic Eating Utensils: Knife, fork, spoon, bowl, plate, and mug – your dining essentials.
- Bedding: Sleeping bag and pillow for a good night’s sleep.
- Swimsuit: Don’t miss out on the water fun.
- Sunblock and Cap: Stay sun-safe.
- Tuckshop Money: For those irresistible camp snacks.
- Adaptors and Extensions: Keep your devices charged and running.

Camp Zenith is big enough to welcome up to 300 campers, which means we’ve got plenty of room to host more than one group at a time. But don’t worry – when we’ve got multiple groups on site, each one gets their own designated meeting and dining areas, accommodation, and bathrooms.
Now, if you’re thinking, “We want the whole place to ourselves!” – we’ve got you covered. For those large enough to book exclusive use, we can make it happen. Just be the first to confirm your dates, and you’ll need a minimum of 120 people on weekends and holidays, or 65 people midweek during the school terms. Easy peasy!

- Safety first! We prioritise the safety of all our campers, so if the weather takes a turn for the worse (think excessive winds and the like), our management might have to cancel your campfire. Better safe than sorry!
- Extinguish the fire: Camp leaders, it’s your job to put out the campfire at the end of the night. We’ll provide the bucket and water – you just bring the responsibility.
- No self-harvesting wood: As tempting as it might be to channel your inner lumberjack, guests aren’t permitted to gather wood from around Camp Zenith. We’ve got plenty of firewood available for you – just ask!

- No alcohol is allowed onto the campsite.
- Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited.
- Please do not remove the beds and mattresses from the rooms and dormitories. All beds and mattresses are to remain where they were found and cannot be used for anything besides sleeping.
- Boys are not permitted in girls’ rooms and vice versa.
- We kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 11pm in respect of others on the campsite.
- Children under the age of 18 may only use the pool with adult supervision.
- No night swimming allowed.
- Fire extinguishers can only be used in an emergency.
- Campers are not allowed to feed the ducks.
- Unfortunately we cannot allow pets on site.
- Please do not harm the wildlife.
