Promotions are typically applied at the time of booking and cannot be added to existing reservations.

Available dates and minimum requirements for the promotion are specified within the promotion info.
Do you offer any loyalty programs or repeat customer discounts?
Yes, after camp, camp leaders will receive a voucher for their next camp.
What happens if I need to change my booking date or details after using a promotion?
If you need to postpone your booking or make changes:
- Standard postponement procedures must be followed.
- If the applied promotion has expired or the new dates fall outside the promotion’s valid period, the promotional discount will no longer apply.
- If the changes result in your booking no longer meeting the minimum requirements for the promotion (e.g., group numbers, services required, etc.), the promotional discount will also be removed.
- It’s important to note that any changes to your booking may affect the applicability of the original promotion, so please check with our team for the most up-to-date information when making modifications.
How long is a quote valid, and can I still use a promotion if I don't book immediately?
Once a quote is created, it is valid for 14 days. This means that as long as the quote is valid, clients can confirm their booking with the promotion applied, subject to space being available at the time of confirmation.
